re: Visit from Ministry of Health Nurses on the 13th February 2019

Dear Parents & Guardians

Thank you for your ongoing responses to the above visit which takes place next week.
For student-related medical reasons I have been asked to join an out-of-town field trip (Wednesday the 13th), next Room assistant, Ms Madelein, will take my place to be present at all times during the examinations of the students.
Ms Madelein has assisted me with these visits in the past and knows what to do. She feels confident, as do I. The students know her.
