Students started to unpack the inquiry boxes and we could see a lot of interest.

In our Math Center, students revised the concept of addition and subtraction and practiced number formation.
In Language center, we focused on guided reading, spelling words (subject pronouns)and creating sentences.
Thank you very much for all your contribution towards our class Bake Sale. We raised N$1100.
Students were very excited about the amount and counting of the money. It was great to see the connection between maths and real-life situation. We talked about place value, addition, and even multiplication; we counted in 1s, 2s, 5s, 10s; and we discussed money. It was a great and creative math lesson.
