Ms. Jan was using a lot of different tools to teach us how to make Scotch Pancakes. 



Recipe
1 dessert spoon - melted butter
2 dessert spoons - sugar
1 cup - milk
1 cup - cake flour
1 egg
2 teaspoons - baking powder
